Walking Thought by Etan Pavavalung
ITLA Mission Circle
ITLA employs a dynamic governance model with leadership distributed across an organizational system of operational and advisory circles, each energized by members of the ITLA community.
The aim of the Mission Circle is to make sure the organization stays true to its mission and is connected to its broader geographic and cultural context. Its members bring outside perspectives, inspiration and expertise into the Mission Circle. They can come from the outside or within the association, holding a certain perspective that they bring to the table as stakeholders who care about the association.
